Coats For Kids
We help provide warmth for deserving children during cold winter months.
Council 6517 purchases new winter coats for children in need at a discount and distributes them locally through Catholic Charities.
Through the RSVP Project, Council 6517 provides financial support to four seminarians.
Our goal is to provide $100 per month to each Holy Spirit seminarian, throughout the school year.
RSVP seminarian support is funded directly from our Wednesday Night Parish Dinners, Sunday Breakfasts, Onion Sales, Lenten and Advent devotional booklets, as well as member dues.
Frontline Faith Project
Providing MP3 players, preloaded with Christian content to members of our armed forces throughout the world.
Our goal is to provide 100 of the Catholic players which have over seven hours of content including a full mass, prayers, music and more.
Your support of our activities helped the Holy Spirit Knights to contribute to retiring the debt on McDonough Hall.

A skilled nursing facility operated by the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne, dedicated to providing palliative care to persons afflicted with incurable cancer.

A portion of the funds raised from our activities are used each year to support first responders and their families.

Outdoor Stations of the Cross Renovation
The funds raised from Wednesday Night Parish Dinners and Sunday Breakfasts were used to purchase new outdoor stations. Over 25 Knights participated in the project which included restoration of the landscaping around all the stations.
